Our diagnostic service helps sdentify the exact issue with your appliance - whether it’s a fridge, washer, drayer, oven, or dishwasher. A certified technician will perform a full inspection, determine the cause of the problem, and provide an accurate repair estimate before any work begins. The diagnostic fee is $75 for residential and $125 for commercial service. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is fully waived. Same-day service is available when technicians are available.

Same-day service is available depending on technician availability, and all repairs are performed using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts only — no universal or aftermarket substitutes.

Every repair comes with a 1-year warranty on OEM parts and a 3-month warranty on labor, giving you extra peace of mind.
